  A4(3X) is a flexible, heat shrinkable polyolefin tubing which has excellent weather
  (UV) resistance with good electrical properties and chemical resistance.
 
  General purpose applications such as handle covering, radio antennas, insulating
  wire terminations, and light wire harness bundling. Has an attractive
  glossy surface.

Simple three step process!
1. Apply any label onto cable.
2. Slide tubing over connector.
3. Shrink tubing with hot air gun.
